Terms and Conditions for 2025 Entries

We are thrilled that you are interested in becoming a part of our esteemed modeling competition. Please read our terms and conditions before proceeding to fill in the entry form:
International Supermodel South Africa Guidelines, Contestant Journey, Terms & Conditions. This applies to all the categories.
1. International Supermodel South Africa Expands Age Categories: We are excited to announce the introduction of new age categories for the prestigious International Supermodel South Africa. This expansion creates a broader platform for young models to shine and showcase their unique talents across various stages of their development. The new categories are as follows:
3-6 years – Little MIss
7-9 years – Junior Miss
10-13 years – Pre-Teen
14-18 years- Teen
19-20 years – Miss
These new divisions offer exciting opportunities for younger aspiring models to step into the world of pageantry and modeling, building confidence, grace, and poise from an early age. The future of modeling is bright, and we can’t wait to see our young superstars take the stage!
2. Equal Opportunity for Contestants: The International Supermodel South Africa competition ensures that all contestants embark on their journey with equal opportunities, allowing every participant to enter the judging process on a level playing field. The title and crown of International Supermodel South Africa are not for sale.
3. Entry Fee: The standard entry fee for our new categories is R500 including the teen category.
3.1. Closing Date: Entries are open until 15 May 2025 23H59. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!
3.2. Main Event Outfit: Evening wear only!
4. Transparency & Contestant Requirements: International Supermodel South Africa provides detailed, upfront information regarding the journey, requirements, and targets expected from each contestant. This allows contestants to make informed decisions before joining the competition, ensuring they are fully aware of the path they are choosing.
5. Commitment to Government Regulations: International Supermodel South Africa adheres strictly to all government rules and regulations, including health and safety guidelines such as prevailing COVID-19 regulations. The competition takes pride in maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the entire process.
6. Business Model: As a registered entity, International Supermodel South Africa follows a sponsorship-based business model, deriving income from sponsorships, fundraising, and events. This income covers the costs of running the contestant development program, training, operational expenses, and event production.
7. Not a Non-Profit Organization: It is important to note that International Supermodel South Africa is a registered Proprietary Limited company (Pty Ltd) and not a non-profit organization (NPO) or public benefit organization (PBO). Like any business, the competition has monthly operational overheads.
8. Sponsorship & Fundraising: This contributes to the contestant development program: training, modeling workshop, rehearsals, operational expenses, and event production. At the finalists stage, contestants are expected to raise a specified amount of sponsorship. International Supermodel South Africa works closely with contestants to provide them with ample time and resources to meet these targets, including professional sponsorship proposals and donation forms. All the finalists in this new category are required to raise a sponsorship fee of R2500 for little miss, Junior Miss and Pre- teen excluding Teen and Miss. Additionally a sponsorship fee of R4500 has to be raised by the Teen and Miss Categories.
9. The Grand Prizes: The winner of International Teen Supermodel South Africa will have the incredible opportunity to represent our beautiful nation in the United States of America at the International Teen Supermodel competition. The prize includes a fully paid trip covering the international competition entry fee, flights, and accommodation. (Teen Winner)
Cash Prizes: (New Categories)
R10 000 – Each Category Winner
R2 000 – Each Category 1st Runner Up
R1 000 – Each Category 2nd Runner Up
And other amazing prizes including special categories winners.
10. Ticket Sales & Marketing: Contestants are required to actively sell tickets for the official International Teen Supermodel South Africa Grand finale event and to contribute to the marketing efforts of the competition’s official sponsors. Each contestant must sell a minimum of 3 tickets.
11. Accommodation & Travel Costs: During the finalist stages of the competition, all travel expenses are the responsibility of the contestants, however accommodation will be offered for the Teen and the Miss category.
12. Main Event: The grand event will occur on 18th December 2025 in Gauteng province, (venue to be confirmed)
13. Entry fee, sponsorship fee, and any other payments made to the International Supermodel South Africa Organization are non-refundable: Finalists who drop out will still be responsible for the fees stated in the terms and conditions.
14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: International Supermodel South Africa reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions as deemed necessary. In the event that a category has fewer than five contestants, the organization will either refund the entry fee or combine or amend the age categories to ensure a fair competition.
15. Acknowledgement by Parents or Guardians: As the parent or guardian of the contestant, I hereby acknowledge the following:
Should my child be chosen as a finalist, they will receive tasks that form part of the judging process, including public choice voting.
I accept that the judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcomes.
I understand that the organizers, sponsors, and venue cannot be held responsible for any claims, and I enter this pageant at my own risk. International Supermodel South Africa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, death, or injuries.
I will ensure that my child performs their duties professionally and understands that they can be dethroned or disqualified if they do not represent the brand in a professional manner.
I understand that gossiping or cyberbullying will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
I am responsible for the participation fee should my child become a finalist, and this fee is non-refundable.
